1. Definitions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bkdo platform and all of its services. The terms listed below are used with specific meanings throughout this document.

• "Platform" — bkdo's website, application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — anyone who registers for or uses the bkdo platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal profile on the platform.

• "Bonus Funds" — money granted as part of a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

bkdo's services are available only to those aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information during age verification is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, bkdo reserves the right to suspend all of them. In such cases, any bonus winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension. The support team must be notified of any changes to your information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bkdo is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Security

bkdo uses SSL encryption technology to secure all financial transactions. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bkdo does not charge any currency conversion fee, though your payment provider may apply separate charges.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bkdo offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bkdo reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Claiming a bonus from the same IP address or device may be considered abuse.
• bkdo reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

bkdo's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Users move up to higher tiers based on the volume and consistency of their play. VIP benefits may change at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkdo platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.

5.1 Fraud & Deception

• Providing false or incomplete information during account registration.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to automate gameplay using software or scripts.

5.2 Money Laundering

bkdo complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities, and accounts may be immediately suspended for investigation.

5.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempting hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Harassing or misconduct toward other users.
• Unauthorized use of bkdo's intellectual property.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Service Standards & Availability

bkdo may immediately suspend or close any account in any of the following situations:

9.2 User Rights

A user may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. In that case, once verification is complete, the remaining real funds will be returned, but any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Technical Issues

bkdo is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or disruption of third-party services. The user is responsible for ensuring a safe and stable connection.

10.2 Third-Party Content

The bkdo platform may include content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe). These providers' own terms apply, and bkdo is not directly responsible for the quality of their services.

10.3 Financial Loss

Any financial loss from gaming is entirely the user's responsibility. bkdo operates as an entertainment platform and does not guarantee winnings or profits.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the bkdo platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bkdo or its licensors. Using, reproducing, or distributing any of it without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable for legal reasons, all remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between bkdo and the user. No oral or unwritten promises beyond these are binding.
